Alligator Hunt in Florida
You are bidding on a 3-day gator hunt in Central Florida with Capt. Greg Love of Olde Florida Outdoors. This hunt is for (2) hunters. The hunt provides the opportunity to harvest (2) alligators. This hunt includes (2) nights of hotel stay (1 room, 2 beds), all the evening meals and drinks and the (2) gator tags. All equipment is provided for the hunt. The hunters are required by Florida state law to have $54 license. The hunters will be responsible for their own lunch and dinner, processing and taxidermy. Olde Florida Outdoors has local companies that he has used for years; however, the hunters will be responsible for payment.
Greg is a fourth generation native Floridian who has spent a lifetime in the challenging woods’n’water of Central Florida. Orlando is far more than just theme parks and beaches and Greg enjoys showing his clients “Olde Florida “. He is very knowledgeable in his pursuit of game and fish statewide. In addition to being an experienced waterman, Greg is a career firefighter/EMT so you are in excellent hands during your hunt.
This hunt is drastically different from other guide services as we are an "all hands on deck" operation. Our guides will assist in all aspects of your hunt, but, our guests are an essential part of every hunt's success. From locating your gator through the final harvest, you are up close and personal with these beasts. Being long time sportsmen ourselves, we fully understand there is just no satisfaction in simply being set up for the final shot or to only reel in that hooked fish after the guide has done all the work. If you're looking for a relaxing, easy, clean, and mediocre gator hunt, then we are not for you!
Our hunts are primarily a first light adventure and typically last four to five hours. We certainly don’t rely on random chance to target the monsters we pursue, so stealth and strategy is the name of our game! A large mature alligator may be anywhere from 30-50 years old so they know their environment and have more than likely already been hunted. This is NOT a guaranteed kill, hunt. We’re hunting on very target rich lakes, but they are public water.
Please visit www.gatorhuntfl.com or call Greg at 321.230.2402 for more information.
